This kite is known as the 'half day kite' because it's perfect for decorating, so can take a full half school day to make and decorate.
 
It's made from recycled clear plastic, so when decorated with either permanent marker pens, or acrylic paint/pens - your artwork can truly take flight!
 
Based on its shape, this kite is known as a 'sled kite'. It's an extremely stable flier, and as it's reinforced with plastic sticks, it's very sturdy and can withstand being dragged along the gound a bit (which most children do as they run with their kite without actually checking to see if it's in the air or not!)
 
Pre-cut sticky tape is included for each kite, so the children just need to peel, and stick. No need for scissors or tape dispensors.
 
All small components come in a handy packet, so all you need to do is hand out the plastic skin, 2 sticks each and a component bag with everything else inside. Easy!
